WORKOUT EXAMPLES
- Rounds: Track the number of rounds and time for each with any activity you want
- EMOMS: Every Minute on the Minute, complete your exercise.
- HIIT/Tabata: Set a work exercise and a rest period. Create complex workouts by stringing multiple HIITs together with a rest period.
- Stretching: Set times for each stretch and time youd like to do each for. Put a rest in-between each exercise for extra time to switch between each.
- Breath Work: Long breath, even breathing, box breath, 4-7-8 breathing and more routines can be created to help guide you through your breath work.
- Get Creative: Mix and match as many routine modules as you like to create your workout.
ROUTINE MODULE DESCRIPTIONS
HITT: Set an exercise for a high intensity or low intensity interval and repeat as many times as you like.
CIRCUIT: Adds as many individual exercises with a specified amount of time as you like. Add rest between each exercise and can be repeated as much as you like too.
ROUNDS: Repeat as many rounds as you like at a specified amount time. Include rest between rounds as desired.
COUNTDOWN: Counts down a specified amount of time for a single exercise. Great for adding a countdown before your routine begins or adding rest between HIIT, Rounds, or Circuit workouts for complex routines.
